Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and external professionals
- Prepare for client meetings and follow up on action items
- Coordinate and process client transactions (cash flows, asset transfers, purchases/sales)
- Prepare client reports (cash flow, investment performance, personal financial statements)
- Manage and organize client documentation and records using Salesforce, ShareFile, and SharePoint
- Maintain tax and regulatory documents
- Assist with account setup and updates and execute documents for alternative investments
- Monitor and respond to group email inboxes and client requests
- Perform general office tasks and contribute to team-wide initiatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required)
