ASSOCIATE

Windsor Advisory Group is an investment advisory firm that provides family office services to highly successful individuals, their families, and family offices.

We are looking for a motivated, inquisitive, analytical, and personable individual with a passion for client service to join our team as an Associate. The primary focus of this role is to support our clients and our business.

Initial responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive financial advice and consistent, effective client support and service.
  • Gather and synthesize a wide range of information.
  • Process transactions, including cash flows, purchases and sales, and asset transfers.
  • Prepare for client meetings and respond to client requests.
  • Review and update client Investment Plans.
  • Create client reports, including cash flow, investment performance and activity, Personal Financial Statements, and ad hoc reports.
  • Prepare and/or review documentation to open or update accounts and private investments.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills/qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate insightful questions and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Initiative to research and resolve issues.
  • Team player with professional interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook, and strong Excel skill set.
  • Problem-solving ability, thoroughness, cautiousness, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Related internship or job experience.
