Precious graduated from Middlesex County College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and received her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Kean University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from William Paterson University.
Prior to joining Windsor, Precious held roles at Dow Jones and Bloomberg L.P. She is passionate about collaborating with team members to provide stellar service to clients.
Over the years, she has acquired experience surrounding finance, technology, and data analytics and looks forward to expanding her knowledge further in the areas of investments and generational wealth.

Evan graduated from Indiana University with undergraduate degrees in Finance, Real Estate, and Accounting, along with a Master’s of Accounting (MSA). Evan was also a five-year member of the Indiana Men’s Varsity Golf Team.
Prior to joining Windsor, Evan interned with a boutique wealth management firm, and worked at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance.
He is passionate about analyzing his client’s financial plan. His goal is to understand and appreciate his clients on a personal level to provide the greatest service possible.
In his free time, Evan enjoys playing golf, cheering for his Cleveland sports teams, and spending time with his family and friends.

Prior to joining the team at Windsor, Cassady was an Executive Assistant and transitioned to Client Services Coordinator for Eighme Wealth Management.
Cassady studied Business Management at The Ohio State University.

Prior to Windsor, Jake worked at Johnson Investment Counsel as a Fund Services Representative, primarily for the Johnson Charitable Gift Fund.
Jake graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a major in Finance.
Jake is passionate about making client’s lives a little easier, knowing that they have a team at Windsor that is available whenever they need something, no matter how big or small.
Jake enjoys going to sporting events; Cincinnati Bearcats football/basketball, Cincinnati Bengals, and the Cincinnati Reds to name a few. He also enjoys taking his dog, Winston, for walks to explore Columbus.

Prior to joining Windsor, Rishabh spent over 5 years teaching and tutoring in various roles at Columbus State Community College, The Ohio State University, and privately. He is actively pursuing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Rishabh graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a Specialized Master in Finance. Additionally, Rishabh has a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science with minors in Quantitative Economics and Business from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Science degree from Columbus State Community College.

Matt McClimon believes that like a puzzle, the pieces of every client’s balance sheet and portfolio can be arranged to fit together, aligning with big picture goals for themselves, their family and their community.
With his background as CFO at Wagenbrenner (now Thrive Companies) and Stanbery Development, Matt has extensive experience in ownership and management of mixed-use, multi-family, single family and industrial real estate.
